B-295 Bugling Elk
I have carved the antler of elk for
almost 40 years. In my neck of the woods the Roosevelt Elk
have the largest racks of all. Antler is really hard &
durable, early man used to fire harden pieces of it & use
that to start knapping their flint. Shown as a pin, also
available as pendant on black cord, beaded necklace, or
necklace with sterling silver chain.
Actual size- 1 1/2" X 1 1/4"
B-68 Moose
The largest of the deer family; once I
stood under a stuffed moose at a natural history museum & my
head didn't touch it's under belly. I have carved quite a bit
of moose antler & I have found it is the hardest of all the
different types of antler. Shown as a pin, also available as
pendant on black cord, beaded necklace, or necklace with
sterling silver chain.
Actual size- 1 1/2" X 1 1/2"
