B-251 Male Orca

Largest member of the dolphin family, the male is longer, considerably heavier than the female and possesses the characteristic long dorsal fin. They are found in all oceans & have three distinct types: resident, transient & offshore. Residents & transients can live in the same area but avoid each other & DNA suggests they haven't interbreed in 10,000 yrs.

Also available as a female Orca (B-92), slightly smaller and thinner. Shown as a pin, also available as a pendant on black cord, beaded necklace or necklace with sterling silver chain (antiqued or bright)
